No on hold
IT One do not put our clients on hold or in a queue! If for some reason we are out or not available we will return all messages as soon as we can.  We like to hear a real voice too!

Size matters
IT One is a small business  and “that’s the way we like it”. By remaining small, this allows our consultants to concentrate on a personal level and keep costs down.

No salesmen here
We are not fond of salesmen where the focus is on commissions - they know how to sell not to fix! We offer service, recommendations and Service Level Agreements but you are not forced or obligated in any way; it’s totally your choice to use IT One services.

Honesty
Information technology covers a large arena, therefore sometimes we do not know things. Who knows everything? We are honest enough to let you know and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution or answer to your questions.

We like to visit our clients
Although we do remote work, it’s nice to put face to those calls and emails. We liaise and respect your business knowledge. We incorporate our knowledge to best suit your needs.
  
No preferred wholesaler or on selling services
We are independent when choosing technologies; we do not have a preferred wholesaler or other reseller services. We do not push or try to on sell other services. We do however offer cost effective alternatives and recommendations after analysing your business infrastructure. You know your business and what best suits it, therefore we leave the decisions up to you. If you already have hardware and service providers that you are happy with, we can still be your IT consultants.

Solutions
