The following list of questions will be asked when you call IT ONE. If you have the answers, we will be able to assist in resolving your problem quicker.
Please Note: You need to supply any original CD's, DVD's and third party applications (eg license keys) before any repair work is started. As Microsoft no longer support the Windows 2003, 2003R2, 2000, Windows 9X and Windows ME operating systems it will not be time or cost efficient for IT ONE to offer services in these areas.
