IT ONE - Servers / Workstations / Home Office Repairs

The following list of questions will be asked when you call IT ONE. If you have the answers, we will be able to assist in resolving your problem quicker.

Due to high volume of counterfeit copies and rouge virus products all computer system are cheeked before any work is started.

We need to know the following

  • What operating system are you using?
  • What make and model is the computer system?
  • When did you purchase the computer?
  • When was the last time this system was serviced?
  • What devices are attached to the comuputer system e.g. printer, ADSL router etc?
  • How many people use this computer?
  • Give a short description of the problem you are having.
  • When did the problem start?

Not supported

  • Non Microsoft Office products.
  • Non Genuine Micosoft products
  • Free or open source antivirus applications.
  • Free or open source email client.
  • Free or open source application.

 

 

 

Please Note: You need to supply any original CD's, DVD's and third party applications (eg license keys) before any repair work is started. Hardware become fragile over time therefore we cannot be reasonable for lost or damage coursed while the recovery or repair process is been undertaken. Backing up of data is the sole reasonability of the owner(s) of the data prior to commencing any recovery or repairs.

As Microsoft no longer support the 2000, Windows 9X and Windows ME operating systems it will not be time or cost efficient for IT ONE to offer services in these areas.
